The above two options are only valid for Outlook running in Cached mode. So Exchangneers have to either set the Junk Email Filters to “No Automatic Filtering” using GPO or Disable Junk Email Filters in Outlook completely using a registry key. But most of the times end-uses don’t like this feature or actually don’t like fact that some of their important emails are delivered to “Junk Email” folder in Outlook.
